With 11 years in animal care and 7 years in veterinary medicine, Macaila has always been passionate about helping animals. After losing her own dog, she was inspired to enter vet med to provide compassionate care during difficult times, especially in end-of-life and hospice care. As a Client Service Representative Supervisor, she combines her love for animals with a commitment to learning, ensuring both pets and their families receive the highest level of care.

Outside of work, Macaila enjoys spending time with her fiancé, son, and their pets—two dogs, a Dalmatian and a German Shepherd, and four cats. Her hobbies include cooking, hiking with her dogs, and visiting theme parks with her family.
