Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Noelany Cruz Rivera has dedicated her life to caring for animals and supporting the families who love them. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology in 2012 before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Missouri in 2016. Since then, she has been serving pets and families in Central Florida.

Her special interests include exotic pets, surgery, dentistry, nutrition, and dermatology, where she is currently pursuing a master’s degree. She is also certified in CPR, low-stress handling, and laser therapy, and has participated in the ASPCA Spay and Neuter Program as well as mentorship opportunities with the Penn Vet Program.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Cruz  loves spending time with family and friends, watching Netflix, and swimming with her dogs—a Boston Terrier named Pepe and her senior Chihuahua, Sara. Her lifelong passion for animals continues to inspire her commitment to learning and providing the best possible care for every patient and pet parent.
